Ah, the ghosts of Other M still seem to be haunting the series today. Did anybody actually think Adam bossing Samus around would be an issue in this game? I’m confident that nobody actually felt that way.
It’s not a new entry, but it’s Nintendo doing something with the franchise again. I’ll call that a win.
No fucking way. There’s so much here that I couldn’t have expected, and it’s getting me rock-hard. It’s a Metroid announcement, it features gameplay, it’s a game that isn’t Prime 4 (so a second Metroid game in development), it’s a return of the Metroid Dread name, and it’s coming out this year.
Words cannot fully express my barely-contained excitement.

This is too much hype for a Sonic game.
Man, Twitch is the most inconsistent platform.
This feels like a bad take to me.
Please, stop, I’m only just getting over the fact that my N64 is retro.
Hey, this is a pleasant surprise! I don’t see anything about online play, which is a shame, but maybe they just haven’t announced it? Gotta stay positive, right?
I imagine it either offers save states or a profile that lets you resume from the start of whatever level you left off at. I’m okay with either.
