While I don’t feel nearly as negative towards this as you, I was also hoping for a more traditional Zelda. That’s not to say that this won’t lean a little bit more in that direction; Nintendo could have learned from the BotW experiment and re-introduced some classic concepts to help fans of the traditional style feel

Hey, that’s my younger brother’s birthday! What a great gift that would be!

I had anticipated this for a while. What I’m really holding out for is RE7 and RE2 Remake. There’s evidence enough to suggest that both are perfectly possible on the Switch.

I don’t see anything wrong with that. It’s comparable to the DS remakes of OoT and MM in that I have to flip through menus less often to use an item once before switching back to what I had before. It’s not like we don’t still need to find them first.

When used for PC gaming, are the underside paddles programmable? I understand that this wasn’t available with the original model, but if they added this functionality, I might find myself with $180 less than usual come November.

“Shooty Boots”? Sold.

You probably liked Solomon’s Key; that game is cool as heck. I would like to also bring Escape Goat and its sequel to everyone’s attention, as it’s a spiritual successor to Solomon’s Key.

That man is a goddamn serial killer.

It’s more like an automotive company suing a video game publisher for using their vehicles’ likeness without having the right to do so. AM General isn’t owned by the US government, they’re just contracted by them to design vehicles for them. You could swap out the manufacturer for another company that has non-military

I feel similarly. The only roguelikes I’ve ever really gotten into we’re Rogue Legacy (which I’ve beaten quite a few times) and Spelunky (which I’ll probably never beat). Everything else just gets stale too quickly. The easier it is to tell if the game is randomly generated, the more likely it will grow old quickly.

If not for the word “Maiden” in the title, I would have no reason to believe that anyone could confuse the two. I love Iron Maiden, I love Ion Maiden, I hope this suit gets shut down fast.

I played Contra for the first time a few years ago. I didn’t own it when I was a kid, so it was on my list of games to play. I’m well aware of the Konami code, but I decided to give the game a go without it just to see how well I’d perform. I got pretty far before getting a game over, and I immediately put the code in

I frequently play as a medic. Nobody uses the crates. The only way to get any healing done is to spoon-feed everyone throwables while they obliviously charge into death. Even on the other end, taking the time and effort to find the crates in the middle of a scuffle can be frustrating, as it splits my concentration,

That example seems designed to be confusing. It’s not common for someone to use first and last name for just one person when listing off names. If that was meant to be written out, the second comma would suggest three people, as there is no need for a comma at all if you’re only listing two names. If we’re using that

Holy shit, that’s incredible!

There’s a disturbingly large number of people who are commenting on their erections and fetishes and not nearly enough people forming angry mobs.

Oh, neat. I’d been tossing around the idea of getting this since it was announced, but I could never really make a decent excuse for adding another game to the pile of games I already have that need to be played.

For years, I’ve been patiently waiting for the year 2021 in hopes that the show will have a resurgence.

Jesus. That’s a lot to process.

Michael Reeves is the 12-year old mad genius this world needs. I’m happy to see anything related to his brand of pseudoscience and engineering mishaps.
