Vagrant Story was epic! I loved the unique weapon leveling and crafting system it had. The Wyvern that you fight in the beginning of the game and the Earth dragon that you fight in that pain-in-the-ass forest maze were two of the hardest boss fights I've ever played. The New Game Plus mode was a blast.

For reals, it's criminal that there hasn't been one. I think FFT is the game that I most want to have a sequel.

Anyone care to enlighten me on The Wheel of Time series? I'm a GoT fan but I'm always looking for something new.

FFT was one of the first video games that I absolutely loved and became addicted to. I remember teaching Accumulate to all of my primary characters and maxing out nearly every job class for each of them. Sadly, it was my gateway drug into a lifetime of gaming.

I'm not touching another Bioware game. I trusted the peer and professional reviews on DA2, it was utter garbage, so I just stopped there. Not to mention that I don't want Origin on my computer.

What a smug fuck. People are allowed to have an opinion about the games that they paid for. Why does EA/Bioware act like their customers owe them something?

People are forgetting this point. Bioware has released garbage lately.

Chinatown, No Country For Old Men, Terminator 2, Aliens

They don't get federal funding but they are a 501(c) non-profit, so they don't pay taxes. I said that their non-profit status should be revoked over at Gawker (I made the mistake of assuming that they get federal funding at first) and it wasn't a popular comment for some reason. I guess people are fine with a

Has he made homophobic comments also? Just wondering.

I did admit that it didn't appeal to me and I was giving my opinion of the game.

Borderlands 2 was much more entertaining than X-Com

I know right? Thank God they didn't actually pick a good game!

I love strategy games but I was completely put off by this one. Recycled maps, repetitive combat, buggy, and I don't like the goofy, over-sized weapons that the soldiers carry.

Sure. Tropico 4 is entertaining but it gets repetitive. It's a rehash of 3 but with prettier graphics. Anno 2070 is $20 on Steam today!

The fantastic Batman games are what give me faith in this.

I guess Warner Bros is better than EA or Activision. I hate to say this, but I would rather see Ubisoft purchase THQ's assets than those two companies. I really hope that the Company of Heroes, Warhammer 40k, and Saint's Row franchises don't get fucked.

Gods and Kings made that game super addicting for me. And there are tons of great mods for it on Steam. I'm in school like you and I eventually ended up logging 300 hours on it. You may also like Anno 2070, it's more complicated with a learning curve and doesn't have much combat but it's still a blast.
