The Odroid is technically quite a bit more powerful hardware-wise. Raspberry PI is a lot more optimized because of the huge amount of community support, i don’t know how much that would affect its actual performance but, i’d say theres a good chance the odroid would still win out.

I’ve seen 3D ‘scanners’ out in the world. The ones i’ve seen are pretty expensive and, they’re much much rarer than a 3d printer.
