I'm looking forward to playing this on PS4 when it's eventually ported over after the exclusivity deal with Microsoft expires, as I'm sure most of the Xbone exclusives will.

As good as the game is looking/sounding, I don't think I'll ever get over the fact that the party is all male characters. It was bearable when this was just a spin-off, but now that it's a main entry it's really bothering me. Even FFII had at least one female playable character, and after that the series has…
I love how they've added "while supplies last" to the Cloud/FFVII pre-order DLC for Lightning Returns. As if they can somehow run out of codes for a digital download O_o. God I fucking hate DLC!
Ugh February cannot come soon enough! This game is looking amazing (and I loved the first two), but I'm pretty disappointed they've gone back to a longer localization time. Hopefully we'll get FFX HD soon to help mitigate the wait.
You're using Tales of Symphonia as an example of better writing? O_o
Pokemon BOX was like a $30 game, and that was just storage on a GCN memory card. $5 for cloud storage from basically all Pokemon games sounds AWESOME to me.
That...is excellent news! I hope they keep the free upgrade for a long time, because I don't know if I'll have a PS4 by February (although it does come out 2 days before my birthday, so hopes up!) But yeah, I was figuring I'd just keep playing it on PS3, but if I can get a free upgrade, well that would be just…
I'm confused, is this actually remote play where it's running the game off the system? Or is was it more that she transferred her file to the Vita version. Because I find it hard to believe that the Vita can play PS4 games just via a wifi connection. If that does work...and works well...wow.
Has anybody got the "Errorzea" pun going yet?
If people were able to figure out that the Xbox360 was the new Xbox, they should've been able to figure out the WiiU was the new Wii. I agree, the issue isn't with the name. It's with the fact that Nintendo wasn't going to capture lightning in a bottle again and hook all the casuals when they've already have Kinect…
Exactly my thoughts. An 8 year old was playing an M rated game and had access to a gun. These are the real issues here.
For me, the "evil team" is the least important part of the games for me. I play through those story sequences only because you have to, but the real meat of the game is the journey and all the little sidestories you encounter.
By mature, I'm assuming you mean you want violence, blood, and sex? That's exactly the WRONG direction for the series to go.
Medieval-inspired? We're talking about FFX, not FFXII. A game that has this song in it:
This keeps looking better and better, and I cannot WAIT for this to come out! I love the remastered music, FFX has one of my favorite soundtracks but I have to admit some of the music sounds a bit too synthesized (I guess the orchestrations of XII and XIII spoiled me). And I love the new menus and interfaces. Cannot…
I don't think they'll be changing any of that unfortunately. The only one that I really disliked was the chocobo racing, had to have my brother beat that damn race for me! But fortunately they WILL be including all the International content, so if you live in the US, you'll have a whole bunch of new stuff to do!
We found a Mater figure without eyes painted on at work today. I thought about buying it and saving it in case a "misprint" such as that would become valuable, but I didn't bother.
These are cheaters that they were able to detect, meaning they made mistakes in creating their Pokemon. I just about guarantee that there were many, many other cheaters who made perfectly legitimate Pokemon.
I agree that it's awesome Microsoft has been listening to feedback and adjusting policies/plans as a reaction, but the fact that they considered some very anti-consumer plots in the first place is what bothers me. Seriously, there's NOTHING positive that limiting use of disc-based games does for consumers. Seriously,…
Sounds like the Vita will finally be worth getting in the near future. Still waiting to hear about some games for the actual Vita (not ports, not PS4 remote play) that I'm really interested in, but at least getting the actual console won't kill me anymore.
