Reader Chris caught this odd moment during today’s Sixers-Timberwolves matchup...

Sure, hockey still sucks, yolo.

As a Panthers fan, this is accurate.

I GET TO FUCK UP TERRORISTS WITH STABLER, I’M ALL FOR IT.

Imma play The Swapper again

As someone playing NBA 2K on pro mode, this would not happen.

This may be the best sign I’ve ever seen on College GameDay.

I just want it for the name.

But you always have the option of paying $10 again to see that movie, unless your theater has bizarre rules and never turns a profit.

While I’ve always loved the idea of creating a game with perma-death, I can’t say I’d want to buy one. Just the inherent nature of how you can find/exploit glitches before they’re patched in almost every game nowadays would have me afraid of even trying it, especially if I get exploited by one and literally have no

Tangent: I still see absolutely no reason why you’d need both an Xbox One or PS4, why either one is demonstratively better than the other, or why you wouldn’t be happy with a One if you had a 360, or a 4 if you had a 3.

I don’t listen to Phil Simms or Jim Nantz already, so don’t you dare ask me to listen now.

Lowe is also, by far, the best basketball voice Grantland has/had, and Simmons may want Lowe to talk basketball with on TV/Podcasts/E-Mails, since they were already doing that.

I’d be stunned if Lowe wasn’t a lock. I think I heard him bring Simmons’ name up in a show just last week. Lowe was also on Simmons’ Grantland Basketball Hour show often (not that anyone watched), so it seems like both regard each other very highly.

The main thing I ever play in sports games is the “Manager/Franchise” mode, in which you play as a manager/owner and sell players, set lineups, etc over a span of about 20+ years. I especially love developing new players or the game’s created youth players and building a smaller club from the ground up.

Presuming Deadspin’s staff has Jim Ross on speed dial.

Why can’t there be that little light that tells the candidates in the Dem vs. Rep debate that their time is up and just do that here?

I’m sorry, and I have (mostly) nothing against Van Pelt, but this whole show just feels like such an ego stroke combined with an attempt to try and hit the @Midnight/Fallon crowd that it just puts me off. It’s the end of the night, I worked until 10 PM, just give me the fucking highlights and I’ll see SVP lookalikes

1) Not asking this rhetorically, but how wide is the marketing money gap between the two, at least in the States? At least personally, I feel like I’ve seen far more ads over the last decade with Serena than Sharapova.
