I’ll restate what I want but I doubt that you’re going to bother to hear it: I want everyone to zealously advocate for their preferred candidate in the primaries. Once the party decides collectively in a candidate, I want people to support that candidate because the only choice is one of two people and the other one…

Depends what those white folks did. If they voted for Trump, or tacitly helped him by whining about how Biden was not as progressive as Bernie, then I do point the finger at them.

Not the point at all. I’m talking about those with a platform undermining support for the obviously better candidate in a binary choice just because St Bernie lost the primaries.

Thank god, but no thanks to you and some of the other writers here who repeatedly damned Biden with faint praise. Oh, and thank those of us who put aside our personal feelings when our candidate (Warren, in my case) lost in the primaries and enthusiastically got behind Biden.

Yes, they responded to a woman’s allegations of sexism by calling her a snake and a liar. That’s a good look. Really rallies people (especially women) to the One True People’s Champion.

Warren was a “snake” because Warren is a Democrat. We can try to over think it and put it off on other things, but the appeal Sanders has with so many Sanders supporters is the illusion of revolution. It’s an adolescent fascination with the concept of rebellion that says nothing worth winning comes on the other side…

Lefties who actually grew up poor don’t support Bernie Sanders as much as those who are just dabbling in leftism until the bonds mature. 

Same here. That sexy Ducati in my profile pic has been gathering dust since my daughter was born.  I miss riding street and motocross a lot but I don't NEED to do be doing it. My daughter on the hand absolutely NEEDS me to be around. Making sacrifices for your family is makes you an unselfish badass IMO.
