Someone tell me there’s still hope here...

It blows my mind that some people are still convinced that Apple solely sells iPhones based on marketing and not because their downright good smartphones. I work in IT and it’s a near 50/50 split with the guys here with iOS and Android. Each group likes their device for different reasons.

Man this is one divisive game. I’ve heard this is the best Final Fantasy in years, and that it’s boring as hell. I really want to find out for myself (I was a huge FF fan back in the PS1 days), but I also I don’t want to waste 30+ hours finding out I don’t like the game.

What an asinine thing to say. Just because we’re huge fans of something, we should be expected to pay for superfluous bullshit to get a full experience? This is EXACTLY what all these companies are hoping we’ll do. Buy silly figures to unlock special costumes and modes. How about I pay full price and get everything…

It looks like they’re doing the absolute BEST thing you could do for a Spider-Man game: crazy nonsense flips and swinging around while in open world, and tight cinematic experience while indoors.

Oh come on...no one in the entire pc industry thinks Apple makes bad hardware. Yes they DEFINITELY over charge for it, but they have really great build quality. No way in hell Razer is the Apple of PC laptops.

I think it’s more that iOS users will pay for stuff and free to play is the only way to make ANY money on Android.

On the go with better hardware. These ports will most likely run and look even better. Plus it looks like Nintendo isn’t just doing straight ports. They’re including DLC and other features not found in the original game.

It’s in the top 3 for sure at least. Up there with Obsidian’s Pillars of Eternity and SUPERHOT.

People have been saying for years that the only way to get quality games on iOS/Android is to charge a little more. If we keep paying 99 cents for games, we’re going to keep getting time wasters.
