I thought about this GIF today and couldn't stop laughing. Saved.

To be honest, I don't know! I've thought about it a few times since then, but it's nothing I can put my finger on. I was just reading the reply he sent me, and I had this overwhelmingly creepy/repulsed feeling. It's nothing I can put my finger on.

I dated a Jehovah's Witness in high school, and have since met a few in my day-to-day goings on. They're generally nice people, but my high school ex ended up really creeping me out with his whole 'when I get married, my wife will have to submit to me' schtick. (Granted, some of that could have also just been his

Oh, NOW I see this (after posting a GIF in response to them).

life of an unborn baby

Honestly, the most innocent person in this whole affair *is* her ex.

Shouldn't that be 'Fishandry'?

As a Chiropractor's daughter whose parents actually did get her vaccinated (and helped pay for adult boosters when they were needed), this whole thing makes me see so many shades of red. The co-opting of the antivax movement by a lot of these alternative health practitioners -yes, including many Chiropractors- is one

Oh, just FUCK this.

My older sister married into a Mexican family, and the day after the wedding his mom and aunts made up from-scratch Menudo. I tried some, and found the meat seemingly overly-tender, but not bad. I asked my brother-in-law what the meat was, but he refused to tell me (said he would 'tell me later'). I happened to

I have a 'Surprise! Ewww!' story from a while back.

I always learned to never try to eat food that would fight me back. Those things look like they're ready for a throwdown. O.o

I don't know. There's something about this photo that rubs me the wrong way. I can't put my finger on it, but I also can't fully get behind this photo, even if it does look good.

I feel the same way. I hope I'm wrong, but something feels extremely 'off' about all of this.

My parents and I have a Goldendoodle puppy who kept being bought from the person who bred them, then returned a short time later due to health issues. I think it happened 2 or 3 times. Mom heard about him from someone she knew (this person finally had the sense to take the dog after threatening to call the humane

What an incredibly fucked-up, broken system we live in, where someone can shoot and kill a child and not face any consequences for it. This is bullshit to the nth degree.

That's what I wonder as well. I mean, as I've said before I'm a Chiropractor's daughter, but my parents still had the sense to take me to the doctor and make sure I had all my shots and everything was healthy and sound. So this whole idea really makes me go WTF.

Having had to get a fair number of shots/boosters in my 20s for working in a hospital, I found that it really depends. I was able to get a few shots through my college's health center for less than the doctor's office would charge, but others were about the same cost. Thankfully, my parents were cool and paid for me
