The majority of them, save for maybe the changes to the End and the Nether, could be fully experienced in a couple hours,…

Updates used to be a bit more frequent, I think, but they also seemed smaller and less thought-out, needing some more revisiting later. Still not sure if the new way is necessarily better, though.
