After that game I quit to go back to school for another semester, but then I worked there again (for another six-seven months) and during THAT time period I worked on Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 (PSP) and then Enslaved (360/PS3).

You can't really skip the dialogue, you could only sort of fast forward through it by holding (if I remember correctly) A + X together. I also avoided most battles on the world map by using various potions and dodging skills. It's been years since I've played it. When I got my complimentary retail copy I took it home

Now playing

For all you Far Cry fans (console fans, really) what do you guys hope for in terms of multiplayer and map editor in Far Cry 3?

Oh God, I was the speed run/100% completionist tester for that game and my fastest runs were barely under 10 hours. Good memories though. I did enjoy that game!

Yeah, it was pretty damn bad. I think the worst games for 360 that I've played, though, are:

For Xbox 360 I'm at over 100,000GS, but the only games that I have all achievements for the vanilla title are:

How is it not a homage? It was the dev's choice to use the movie as the background media to properly convey the emotional attachment Jackie had to his girlfriend. Obviously the movie is held in high regards by Starbreeze and thus they chose it for more than just filler reasons.

They had an optional viewing of To Kill a Mockingbird during the game. You could cuddle up with "your" girlfriend and watch the movie for a damned long time. It was pretty unique.

I think that The Darkness had the best movie homage.

The game might of been good, but when I played it I couldn't get past the tutorial. So that made it unplayable. I did, however, enjoy Driv3r even considering all of its flaws.

You know nothing, diabadass. You know nothing.

There isn't room for games without hype? What sort of advertisement-obedient world do you live in?

I have a feeling that you are right. I think am on Mission (Chapter?) 11 and have searched nearly every nook and cranny for propaganda and collectibles. I don't think I am much more than four hours into the game and I've only died twice. It's not terribly difficult and as to the searching for collectibles time

I don't know. I JUST started playing on hard, but I know when I play games I tend to take longer than reviewers... not because I suck, but because I revel in the details of every corner of every room.

He bought the books and tried his damnedest to purchase the show. Who's to say he won't purchase the season when it is released?

I haven't seen a confirmation yet, but not much of ANYTHING has been confirmed. They've kept some tight lips during the development of this game.

Absolutely. Can't agree more. Even if the whole Predator aspect doesn't fit into the "universe" of Far Cry 3, I would still like to see that mode (as well as Steal the Sample) make a triumphant return to the multiplayer mode... And also, of course, bunny-hopping ATVs. We need more of those in games!

For all the people saying "lokz liek un chartd, lol"... It looks like Far Cry 1, Far Cry Instincts, and Far Cry Instincts: Predator. I've been following this game daily and I'm glad we are seeing new videos and media for it.

That's a good thing, IMO. It reminds me of a mix between Far Cry, Far Cry Instincts, and Far Cry Instincts: Predator... All games I loved.

I wasn't being a dick. It is a saying that dates back before any of us were born. It's a clever and obvious joke.
