Anyone can dig a tunnel, it’s moving all of the shit that’s already buried that’s the problem.

Ah but what if you did it the technolibertarian way, without any permits or planning or impact studies or risk assessment or safety procedures? Like uber!

That doesn’t even make sense.

Gas engines can also have a turbo to increase torque. The new 3.5 ecoboost is more powerfull then my 7.3 powerstroke

Any car that has had it’s airbag removed “because showcar” is automatically CP in my book.

Not sure if I’d call this an electrical fire. You don’t squirt water on something that is “live”. Sure the batteries can deliver electricity, but when they’re just sitting there, unconnected to anything, I would consider this more a chemical fire

This time ‘round can we get an FJ that’s a lot more FJ40 and a lot less H2?

I’m thoroughly convinced that the first automaker to reintroduce compact pickups and SUVs is just going to print money with them. Toyota could reintroduce a HiLux and print money just on the name, and there’s PLENTY of room for a smaller truck

Ok a few real observations. Exterior is pretty spot on. Would have definitely NOT put a bull bar with bright LEDs but rather replaced the stock halogens with LED bulbs instead but otherwise no complaints. And I’m sure mechanically it’s great, nothing bad to say there.

You get paid to write this shit? Seriously?

You know what this list has shown me? Just how absolutely incredible the Hellcat is and just how big the balls are that FCA is dangling. Basically everything on this list needs aftermarket parts. The Hellcat has everything straight from the factory....WITH A WARRANTY? Yeah count me in.

@neutral: The Town and Country - er, Pacifica, is the highest-volume vehicle that debuted at the show, so I’m going to say that was the top pick.

Where does it say it weighs 4300 lbs?

Yea, I saw that. It looks to me like it’s a standard ICE connected to a single ratio transmission via torque converter. Since this setup lacks the ability to multiply the engine torque with various gear ratios, the wheel torque is increased via electric motors.

A hydraulic coupling, you mean a torque converter? It locks and unlocks like just about every other other torque converter in existence?

Pretty harsh words for Chrysler there, Matt. FCA has avoided the Hybrid game because the buying public largely doesn’t care and doesn’t want to pay the premium. Not really a failure as much as business sense. And you didn’t answer your own headline...

I own a Dodge Grand Caravan (RIP DGC), and it has been everything we have needed. At this point, I don’t GAF about what people say. I like the minivan. With 125k on it, we will have to part ways, soon. I am glad there is a new CT&C, the last version looked a bit boxey.

Uuuuh, Pacifica?

Pacifica?
