They could have easily used a single control arm if they wanted. They use the two seperate joints to create a virtual “a-arm” that has varying geometry as the suspension cycles. It could do all kinds of weird and wonderful things like dynamically changing the camber, caster, etc...as the suspension cycles.

I hope it’s

Comanches were indeed unibody. The Cherokee had two large “rails” running front to back that the body was welded too. The Comanche has those same two rails that it’s cab is mounted to. The difference is the rails past the cab are boxed up and turned into a real frame for the bed to be bolted to.

Looks good enough to me. I never really understood the minivan hate. They do what they’re designed to do very well and they’re honest about it. They don’t pretend to be something otherwise.

Track is hidden, there was a patent for it a few months ago

I mean what do you expect? He’s probably had the Half-Life story done and fleshed out for nearly a decade now. All the Dota2 lore/backstories are done, and as far as we can tell, Valve has is not working on any story driven games. He’s probably got tired of all his ideas an stories not amounting to anything as the

I don’t think I’d really consider a cheat. I’ve seen many road racing cars have integrated jack pistons/rods in them. They pull into the pit, crew member hooks an air-line up and the entire car lifts off the ground.

Aston Martin, larger? They’re TINY. They sell barely 5,000 cars per year globally? Aston had an overall loss of around $35 Million USD last year. Tesla lost over $200 Million USD in just Q3 2015 alone!

Tesla has been in business for 13 years and has 12,000 employees. They are not a startup. The Roadster was supposed to be the car funding development of the next more affordable, profitable Tesla. The Model S was supposed to fund the development of a more affordable, profitable Tesla. Now we have the Model X, a more

Yeah, but doesn’t the Model X cost even more than the Model S?

But that small craft brewery makes money. Tesla is still losing money, despite billions of dollars of investment.

Fast catalyst light off and packaging.

Fuelly’s real-world numbers proove you wrong on both the Impala, and the Ram 4.7. They both get significantly worse mileage than you claim. Whilst the average for the Ram 5.7 8-speed and Charger 3.6 8 speed are higher.

Well the ‘05 3.8 Impala has 200HP, weighs 3400 pounds, and was rated at 8-9 seconds 0-60 with an EPA rating of 17/28. A 2015 Dodge Charger has 292HP, weighs ~4100 pounds, is larger in every dimension, can hit 60 in 6.3 seconds, with an EPA rating of 19/31. Bigger, faster, cleaner, heavier, and more fuel efficient.

I’m just going to be blunt about it: He’s full of shit about it averaging 19 MPG, and getting 22 on the highway, especially if it’s driven hard. I’ve driven 4.7s in a variety of vehicles and they get atrocious fuel economy. You only need to wander over to fuelly.com to see that Ram 4.7s typically average 14-16 MPG

Except who knows how your friend drives, he may only drive 45 MPH on the highway and accelerate like a snail. I know people with 4.7 Dakotas that only get 18 MPG. I know some that get 20.

The EPA rates the ‘06 Ram 4.7 @ 17 MPG highway. The ‘15 Ram 5.7 8-speed is rated at 22 highway. That’s a 30% improvement. Both

1 MPG when you’re in the 13-18 MPG range is a pretty big deal. The Ram went from 20 highway to 22 highway with the change from the 6 speed to the 8 speed. That’s a 10% improvement, which is a huge gain.

I really don’t get Tesla. They need sales and the attention of the general public to become succesful, yet everything they’re doing lately just seems to be making their cars more exclusive. Doesn’t make sense.

Not a single video was taken during the event?

The only concept I want to see from Honda is a CRF450X based CRF450L/M. The CRF250L platform is too heavy for any serious offroading.

Should have went for the Lexus 1UZ swap like we’re doing! You can mate the 1UZ to the XJ automatic using factory Toyota parts!
