Well on the upside current gen games look pretty damn impressive so even if if the leap isn't that great we're still going to end up with some nice looking games.

To echo what others have said it's a shock to me that 1Up has lasted this long. Truth of the matter the site seemed dead after the first round of layoffs and resignations. After Garnett Lee and everyone from that era left I stopped going to the site on a regular basis.
