An interesting read. It makes me wish somebody would write a similar piece about why Halle Berry's Catwoman movie was so bad.

If it sucks, explain to me why my cousin's husband, the door breacher, thinks it's great?

Have you played Arma 2? From what I've heard that's what it's like.

Medal of Honor: Doorfighter!

It's meant to complement their infinite sequels theme.

That's what he said.

How is this possible? Western shooter don't sell in Japan. Capcom turns Resident Evil into a shooter. Resident Evil 6 is a hit Japan? The hell?

I hear ya. I was extremely disappointed with the first game. Quit playing it half way through and came back to it six months later hoping the second half would get better, but it didn't. It got worse! Ha! Shit got worse baby!

I'll give it a try, but I wouldn't be surprised if I find myself self-deporting from Nintendo Land.

And someone in the crowd below was heard saying, "what's he doing up there? He's going to get himself killed"!

News flash it's absolutely not necessary for everybody to know what the Wii U is. It's not important. It's just a video game machine.

Who the heck is NZGamer?

This one just says "shit sandwich".

I'm guessing this trailer was designed to attract a mainstream audience. I won't be surprised if we see another trailers that's much more in step with the tone of the earlier games.

It's now in the outhouse.

I still want to see their birth certificate!

Judging by how things worked out for the Wii I'm not expecting many games to take advantage of the gamepad. The Wii U might be a huge success but my gut tells me that it'll have little to do with what the gamepad does.

Randy, I'm really digging the layout for the comments for this Q&A. Can you convince Kotaku to keep it this way?

Yeah sounds like bullshit to me too.

2014? Eh I can see one of the consoles waiting til then but 2015, that's too far out there. Granted I'm going with my gut on this, but I'm guessing we'll see at least one new console hit the market next holiday season.
