Bebop was always my go-to example of “would not be good as a live action movie”

Cool: Spike beating the shit out of that dude in the first episode while dancing around to Jazz music that he maybe-can-maybe-can’t hear.

What she said. Without Yoko Kanno and Seatbelts, can’t imagine this working. Would be *ecstatic* to be proven wrong. But it’s a heckuva high bar to clear.

If they cast Ein with anything other than a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.. so. Help. Me.....grrrrr

Casting call should be interesting. “Male, mid-30s, built like a scarecrow with a sexy birds-nest haircut.   Must be able to smoke bent cigarettes.”

I’ve got some good typically boneheaded entertainment news for you.

Firefly with jazz is something I would accept with open arms.

Forced un-paid overtime? Threatened with termination if you dont? Being potentially black listed in an industry where, inexplicably, everyone knows everyone? Please do go on...

FIrefly: Atlantis

A lot of the cast have done a fair amount of voice work over the years. I’m sure they’d be happy to sign on.

Realism as in making it look like a living breathable animal that’s actually there in the frame. You have tools that can do that now, but these lazy assholes decided to make it look like CG from Monsters Inc, lol. Remember, you’re not getting paid to defend them.

If I can get passed how CG the dragon looks I might see it. The Dragon looks so damn CG. It’s so obvious. Does no one go for realism anymore?

It may be that, but I think its mostly this. We’ve barely left our neighborhood; it’s too early for sweeping assumptions.

I think Jesse just sees him all the time now.

Now I want to mix and match these terms to make band names:
