While we’re at it, can I join you on that pining and add “Jet Set Radio”?

Same here. Still have a set of working RB1 drums , 2 wireless guitars, and 2 mics. And a keyboard that’ll gather dust. :( RIP Expert keyboard.
Gaming related in that it has to do with games, but not playing.
I suppose nowadays it is, but note that RotT came out in 2011. At that point, Kingdom Rush (the first real “successful” tower defense game) was still in development and Tower Defense as a whole was still fairly nascent. Sure, Desktop Tower Defense had been out for a while, but no one really did anything with it. RotT…
Of that I have no doubt. People’s opinions are often divided, and that’s a good thing! It’s why we have things like modern art in this world pushing forward boundaries of can be displayed as part of the human spirit. However much I think 95% of those installations are pretentious nonsense.
I’d agree if it weren’t for some of the games being listed here. Octodad isn’t trash by any sense of the word. Revenge of the Titans isn’t trash, good game and getting overwhelmingly positive reviews. Beyond Gravity wasn’t my thing, but I don’t think trash really applies. And it’s only 2 bucks. RPG Tycoon I haven’t…
What is with the hate for Mothra in this thing? He was my go to moth monster for that game. Screw Godzilla who had to destroy pretty much everything in every level and take tons of damage doing it. Learn the hitbox for Mothra’s special and you’re golden.
Sure, but the power levels were already out of whack by the time the Frieza saga ended. It only got worse from there.
Depends on the continuity you reference though. Anime has its own issues when they go for a while. One Piece, Dragon Ball, Bleach, etc, they all end up with massive power creep where things stop making any real sense.
Ahh, but while the curse can’t be cured, the symptoms can be mitigated.
It’s alright. Square is just going to cheekily acknowledge that the FF7 announcement last year was a mis-step, then start up a video.
I’m going to assume that there was huge latency going on with this. For something so simple as the goalie worming across the ground and still missing horribly, I can’t imagine that this just represents players “not getting used to the perspective”. And if it was latency, why? Poor wireless transmission shouldn’t have…
A new Ouendan would have me importing a JP 3DS solely for it, instantly, the millisecond it was announced.
Not too unsurprising, but neither my hardware backwards compatible PS3 nor my gen1 X360 Pro are on the trade-in list. Slightly interested in a PS4 (Bloodborne!) but not enough to pick it up for a single game. Now, when the *Warriors series goes next gen and drops PS3/360, that'll do it.

Yep, and the worst thing about the Black Flag one is when it happened and you were in a portion of the story that Quick Travel was unavailable. Normally you can just travel to somewhere close (but on land) and everything would reload properly. But nope! Nothing for it but to quit the game entirely and hope that it…
That was pretty much me when I worked in Media there. At the time, that was CDs, VHS(!), DVDs, PC software and video games. I kicked royal butt at selling accessories in the video game section, which let me get away with stuff that would have gotten others written up elsewhere. You know, I did things like things…
Chalk it up as a learning experience! You're one of today's lucky ones!
