Always amazes me when fanboys so eagerly dismiss a game based on small snippets of information long, long before the game actually shows anything worth noting.

Mass Effect, and really any given future BioWare project, and Fuse, Insomniac's shooter, as well.

Why would they? Say what you want about Playstation, but they really got it right with the DualShock layout. No need to change it, the various DualShocks are all excellent controllers.

Homeworld went for 1.35 million and Sega couldn't get in on that action for Relic's sake?

Fucking illusions, how do they work?

Must be rough being a fanboy. Poor you. I'll just be over here playing absolutely god damn everything because I'm not a jackass who clings to one platform to the derision of all the other ones.

So MGS1 or The Twin Snakes, MGS2, MGS3, Peace Walker, and MGS4?

Completely agree. Wasn't impressed by Skyrim in the least. The setting was cool, but just like Oblivion, I couldn't get past the plodding, utterly uninteresting gameplay. There was nothing there. You experienced everything the gameplay had to offer in the first hour of the game and all of it was the same weightless

Second picture hints at a persistent territory control campaign, which is always an interesting concept. Excited for this, the art is absolutely gorgeous. .

More like if there aren't any people with the surname Shepard in 141 years, we're definitely boned.

Rofl, this comment is over a week old, you reply to insult, and I'm the mad one? Do better, fanboy.

And then they won anyway.

As scummy as it may seem, your best bet right now is to pirate it. I found no way to buy it and download it directly since Relic's website doesn't sell it, Steam doesn't have it, and the various game retailers only offer the disc. There are a handful of phenomenal torrents out there that have kept the series alive.

Vaygr Carrier(?) at :31. I clapped for joy.

None at all? He has plenty. Whether or not you think it's good or not is another story, but to say he gets absolutely none kind of ignores the entire Zack subplot in the game proper.

Giant god damn sword.

Between this and Marvel Heroes, it's pretty sweet to see games allowing you to control actual big name superheroes in a multiplayer context again.

Actually I was. Fanboys are so easy. Post a stupid little anti-PC comment and everyone loses their minds.

Clearly, and it sucks when they use the PC platform as a beta test dressed up as a final game. It's cool that they're getting around to making a better game out of it, but that's not going to do anything to soothe the hurt feelings of the people who paid 60 bucks for an inferior product.

Fair, valid point. Nobody should be made to play an inferior game just because a dev team is working toward an "enhanced" version later down the line that makes their initial purchase seem like wasted money. Capcom does this a ton, as do many other publishers with "Game of the Year" versions with all DLC added on for
