A Zero Day is a Good Day! Our culture is too much go...go...go! We need down time and a short day of disconnect can help to recharge and reinvigorate. It helps to avoid burnout. Doing something just for the sake of doing something?
I have been using cheap Rabbit Ears for Years (See what I did there) with great success and better clarity than when I had cable.
I have not used a Torrent in many years, but one can get any tv show for free by streaming and there are many sources out there. This for some reason never gets mentioned.
I do not have cable. If I want to stream a TV show from a major network from my android tablet I have to use the network's app and in order to access the stream I have to have a cable/dish/etc. account. Catch 22.
I agree.
Has something changed with Chromecast? All of these devices want to get you to buy content. Does Chromecast now allow you to cast from a web page on a tablet? Why would someone want to repeatedly stream some media that is owned and has been seen many times?

I originally did my own taxes and March was the most stressful month of the year. Turned it over to a CPA many moons ago and it was worth every penny. Then last year I decided to do "some" of our returns myself and bought Turbo Tax.

$3 Drive thru here on Tues/Wed.
I moved my home line to a cell and then ported it to Google Voice. If I don't recognize a caller I don't answer. I may call their number back. If identified as a telemarketer of ANY kind I block their number on Google Voice. Our house is a much quieter place these days.
My reason for using Chromecast is I am cheap. I don't want to pay for anything that I can avoid. So the first requirement for me is Free. With that being said...
I order a Valu Cheeseburger from Wendy's for a buck and ask to hold the cheese but add lettuce tomato and onion. They charge $.40 extra.
Breakfast Pizza!
I wouldn't cook anything in that nasty dirty pan!
