Seems kinda silly to make a goal to change a habit and then give yourself an excuse to cheat. a "zero" day has its purpose (it shows a break and thus a lesson on going farther next time... a "1/3 day" doesn't do anything for anyone except to make a person feel good about not changing the behavior one wanted to change.

Is there a team of people that sit around and pour household items on appliances, windows and countertops just to see what will happen?
