I think it was upgraded to a 1.9 ghz processor in January of this year. In any event, having a real pen input would be useful, since a lot of what they do is drawing lines and circles on aerial photographs. The ipad solution for writing on the screen are pretty awful.
Does the ipad really have a faster processer or just higher res screen? I think the Wacom pen is part of the justification here.

In my experience the ultra high speed internet options (e.g, Fios quantum or TWC 100 speed) are so expensive on their own that trying to do interweb without the bundle saves you all of $10-20. I can't justify losing the programing to save a sawbuck or two.

Going to be interesting to see what the competition does now that Apple is about to break the mold, reimagine and reinvent the smartphone especially by going over 5". I would not be surprised at all to see Samsung suddenly release larger phones with rounded corners.

Williamsburg, which accounts for most of those pictures, is up 174% in the map you posted and there is a substantially greater amount of housing.
