No Swype or equivalent is maddening. Having used them on Android and the new WP8.1 keyboards, not having it on my iphone makes using the phone difficult and feel ancient, particularly because of the child sized screen.

You have to hydrate every hour, especially if you keep paleo or live in an area that eschews organic raw foods or has high chemtrail activity, in order to flush the toxins. It's science.
Was there a hot early 20s marketing manager at Google+ that explains its existence and his involvement?
Will the old dock work with the new size?
It sounds like a nice replacement for the huge box in a bedroom or second viewing area. I guess it replaces a cable box if you watch in more than one room. Not a bad thing, since they tend to be huge, hot, unsightly energy hogs, but agree you still seem to be stuck with at least one box.
My biggest concern about Amazon is that they will continue to become less and less platform agnostic as they keep pushing their hardware.
There are PR outlets for the industry if you prefer, and they are called TechCrunch and Pando.
The whole illicit workplace affair attached to this project makes me question whether senior management is looking at this objectively.

Kids really should be the market for this product, they are more appropriate for playing Inspector Gadget dress up pretend time than they are useful to an adult human.
The hope will be that MS can force the Nokia-exclusive apps to all handsets after the deal closes (I'm not sure if these, other than Here, were retained by Nokia), or I can't understand why Samsung and Sony would be even discussing the idea of making more WP handsets. Nokia's apps are one of the strongest draws of…
What I'm concerned about is Google suddenly cracking down on unauthorized use of their APIs, focusing only on the one or two apps available in the WP store and ignoring all third party apps created for android and ios. I have had my eye on buying a Nest but given my recent experience with google and their services…
Are they going to force cram google+ down Nest user's throats?
