I don't really remember any high end grocery stores in Ann Arbor until Whole Foods and Busch's rolled around. Krogers, Meijers and Farmer Jack's (its always savings time, at Farmer Jack's - I love that jingle) were all of the same quality to me. I remember going into Spartan stores outside of Ann Arbor and thinking

Did you go to the Rigo - Donaire fight? It was bullshit and Rigo is bullshit and Top Rank is bullshit (don't even get me started on that undercard of bums with jiggling moobs lined up to make Arum's stable of never-will-be's look presentable).

His looks?

In addition to considering receivers, I think it makes sense to think about separates as well. They allow you to change the amplification if you want a bigger space or use less sensitive speakers, or processor when the technology changes to adapt to new 4K needs or new cable standards, without replacing both. Outlaw

You need to use their lousy router, which you can purchase at an inflated price for what is pretty subpar technology - they have a gigabit model now, so speed is ok but it is not dual-band so you can't use the 5ghz band. I added a second router connected to the Fios router in order to take advantage of the 5ghz

My gaming/HT PC is connected through a pre-pro and amp to Focal Chorus 8 series 5 speaker setup with a HSU VTF-3 sub. I also use Sennheisser HD 580s with this system which I picked up for a great price when they were being discontinued.

I'm in the opposite position, with work forcing us into iphones. I find myself forwarding docs to the 8x all the time, so I can read and edit. Hardware is part of the issue with the 4" screen on the iphone being too small, but native office on a phone is fantastic.

I have an 8x and an iphone 5. I moved from Android. I use my 8x about 80/20 compared to my iphone. I didn't have trouble moving over, although after doing so I migrated slowly to outlook, IE and Bing since they integrate so well with the phone, my W8 desktop and my Surface Pro.

I've been using XBMC for a long time, on both my HTPC, surface pro and a Mac Mini, using a harmony remote for the HTPC and Mac Mini and touchscreen skin on a surface. I tried Plex but had trouble with it because it seemed to eliminate the folder structure in which the files are arranged which resulted in a huge mess

re: the amplifier - I noticed they're offering a 200x5 with balanced inputs on the at an absurd price and I know they are well loved on the interweb and by reviewers. I was thinking of adding power from my Outlaw 7125 which has served me brilliantly. Have you compared Emotiva to Outlaw? Also curious how hot it

I prefer pre/pros because you can upgrade without replacing the amplification every time, but for receivers definitely the AV 7007, 6007 and 5007 from Marantz, or their prior series (ending in 6) which gives you virtually all of the functionality without 4k but should be available from retailers at a discount.

I don't agree that CD would bump the price up in any meaningful fashion and it should be included in a full media player that purports to be your complete all-in-one living room entertainment solution. Not SACD of course, but CD. They manage to put it in $15 CD players I can buy at Duane Reade and $20 external

People might prefer to limit their components, and this is supposed to be an all-in-one media device.

Yeah, I have a fat model that supports SACD but it was first generation and I think it was killed off by the 2nd or 3rd. Sony owns the patent on SACD but the market is limited to people who are probably already using something more high end with analog outputs, so this makes sense.

I do and I rip to FLAC.

The dungarees were terrible and prolific. But superior to whatever it was that Cerny's mom dressed him in.

landscape video loops on USB and download I guess?

Nice dungarees Mr. Denny.

Someone should punch that guy's mom for choosing that terrible shirt for him with the solid collar and stripes and checks.

I'm not sure you know what nebulous means. There is a list of very specific wrongs and unethical conduct they committed. They allegations against the NCAA are not vague or hazy.
