Never thought I’d see a nod to Mushroomhead on here, but hell yeah 🤘🏽🤘🏽

The Polestar 1 fully embodies the word “handsome” regarding car design.
I can’t wait to see one in person.
There are some Porsche dealers out there that don’t engage in mark-ups or “market adjustments.” That’s the policy with the dealer group I work for, but the flipside is that in order to get on the list for such a car, you have to have some lifetime value established with the dealer group.
This was one of my dream cars when I was in high school, but I guess that kind of proves your point. The ‘roided out, overdone styling, roaring V-8 engine, and awesome name were everything my 16 year old self needed.
Easily among the best of Acura’s designs, and I’d say the car is similar in character as a mid-sized, front-wheel-drive sedan with a relatively powerful V-6 engine.
of time when I was in college, I had a 1995 Alfa Romeo 164LS that I would affectionately refer to as “Pandora’s Box.”
Does Turo count?
It would work in a crowded city, but these things would be flat-out dangerous on U.S. highways. With less than 40 bhp and weighing in at about 1,500 lbs, with doors thinner than a medium-sized novel, it’s brutally simple, emphasis on “brutal.”
It is! Its three-cylinder engine makes less than 40 bhp so you can always keep your foot down without going too crazy, and the light platform makes it easy to indulge your inner rally driver on India’s pockmarked or unpaved roads.
This is my first wagon and I’m looking forward to the adventures. I’ve already got a camping trip planed at Petit Le Mans next month, and I’m bouncing around the idea of making it look like a Safety Car.
They’re 19" AMG Y-Spoke Style wheels - I think they’re originally from a CLS. Thank you! I like them too.
Gah, missed opportunity.
Posted as a reply, but I think it deserves its own post, unless we’re only talking about cars sold in the US.
Tell me you’re American without blah blah blah
I just joined the wagon gang myself! Replaced my Dodge Challenger R/T with a Mercedes-Benz E350. Quite the departure, but this car feels a lot more like *me.*
NO ONE PARKS HARDER THAN I PARK
This car really made me understand the phrase “so pretty, it hurts.” Scale is another thing that stands out about seeing such cars in person. Photos never do the best job of showing how tiny this car is, but a reference point certainly helps.
... id love to see a haggard ass base model VW on bags and 5k wheels parked right next to a Ferrari 250GTO just to laugh. Maybe that counts?
The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale - far and away the most achingly beautiful car ever made
I’m with you. The MC20 is the kind of car I’ve been waiting for from Maserati, and I’m also looking forward to thr Gran Turismo’s much needed replacement.
