Well, in my opinion the glitches were part of what Halo 2 was. It's what made it so memorable and hilariously fun. Many people, myself included, love finding a new glitch or area that is only accessible by some hidden glitch route. It game the game so much replay value.

It would definitely affect how the game is played and the rarity of different pokemon. Even pokemon who are somewhat worthless could be considered rare when factoring in how difficult it is to catch it.

I could do without #3 but everything else would be amazing. I stopped playing the games after Sapphire but I'm still waiting on the day that GameFreak finally decides to make a game like this.
