“Considering a lot of Knightfall is (possibly) a parody of grim 90's excess”
Uh, yeah. Sure.

Non-Japanese fans of Japanese game: We are mad that a character from said Japanese game appears a slightly different shade of color in Japanese cartoon series based on same Japanese game!
John Carter Was Good
Hahaha. WOW. You weren’t even being sarcastic or ironic here were you? You genuinely said that without shame.
While I never expected this movie to be good, I think AV Club reviews have officially crossed a line of cynicism to a point where they’re no longer helpful. They’re just the hipster at the bar, shitting on everything, even when it’s pretty enjoyable on its own terms.
Do missile weapons usually do much damage to skeletons? Probably would want to use a club or hammer.
I didn’t hate Hellboy. I’ve definitely seen worse. It was a find movie to watch on a plane. I feel like there had to have been worse out there, but I really feel like the Razzies always go for the most superficial and don’t really go into the deep. Which, it’s the Razzies, so I don’t know what I’m expecting.
When your title comes off like a hot take desperate for a listen... you definitely wont get one from me.
Same, also what’s up with the NBA? Like how did that get big? I mean why watch Lebron James when you can just go down to the Rec center and just play your own game of pick up.
Oddly enough he sold it back to gamestop for $13 in store credit.
I don’t think the idea is “hey you loved The Rise of Skywalker, see here how it connected to The Last Jedi, you should like that movie too” but rather “hey, you loved The Last Jedi, see here how The Rise of Skywalker continues its themes, you should like that movie too”.
Hold it right there. There were character arcs in TROS?
After Three Houses success, did you honestly not see this inevitability? It’s not like there’s going to be a new Smash game anytime soon.
I have to admit, Miller’s appearance brought about the first of many screams for me tonight. They even liked each other’s suits! I can’t disagree strenuously enough with Kate’s lukewarm review.
Why is it that no writer at any point was ever willing to just commit to Kylo being a villain? He’s a wretched little rat bastard, he doesn’t need redemption just because his grandad did. Just let him be evil!
But when Morbius’ friend Loxias Crown (Matt Smith) goes through a similar transformation and resolves to use his powers to wreak havoc, Morbius realizes that monster or not, he’s the one person capable of saving the people he loves and, perhaps, the world.
This is the most relentlessly focus-grouped looking movie I’ve ever seen.
This still looks terrible, easy pass, I’ll catch it on HBO eventually.
Oh I remember Tank Girl. Lori Petty did the accent a bit better.
I have no idea how that character is supposed to be Cassandra Cain. Like none.
