It sounds great, until you realize that these are players voting. Which makes it suddenly sound horrible.

@Scottaholic: A lot of times, if someone's being a complete jerk and no one calls them out on it the other players are usually apathetic or afraid to call them out on it.

I like it. A lot. I've got a very small desk and if I combined this with a wireless keyboard and mouse (Can anyone recommend a wireless keyboard that doesn't cry when I start typing because I type too fast?) it'd look very nice.
