The Red Bull name and logo on everything cheapened it already.

I tried once again last night, but it becomes increasingly obvious that the show shallowly, lamely attempts to emulate tropes and techniques (as well as pulling screen talent) from "Lost".

There are almost exact analogues of every character on that show in my life, some in the same professions, and some whose behavior is even more extreme than that depicted.

Porter and Prince are notorious for inventing events wholesale, so take anything in the Liz Taylor book with a mighty grain of salt.

Well, some do, absolutely - it's a sign of trust amongst many cultures. However, because of the spacing of our eyes, we simply can't ever look into both eyes simultaneously. It's impossible.

Lovely all around.

Awesome - thanks for the writeup. I can't imagine it's as horrible as its reputation, and looks like a lot of fun.

"two oversized glass eyes, which were spaced so far apart that actors could only look at one eye at a time"

Horrid.

It is, like all Argento, ridiculously cheesy and overpraised, but manages to scrape the bottom of that particular Italian barrel.

Fuck him.

If it actually got into the delusional minds of those who find conspiracies within this film (and "Eyes Wide Shut"), I might be interested.

As a matter of fact, yes, but that's entirely beside the point.

You've been berated enough - I merely roll my eyes in disgust at your post.

Koss and Bose cans, but no Beyerdynamic?

Relevance is in the mind of the beholder, and these guys were pretty damned relevant.

Respectfully disagree - it's pure thin cheese, and manages to be quite dull and boring. I can't believe that some of the talent attached to this thing has managed to make such weak tea.

Nah, but Crystal Skull > Last Crusade.

How about how completely unrealistic small fighters are at all?

My thoughts were similar, but the 'dear' was replaced with the slang for excrement.
