LOL So true!
LOL So true!
Nice to see John Hyams walking in the steps of his horrid father...
Sigh... Such is the mentality of much of the public.
Yeah, that's not ignorant or racist on Chapman's part at all...
Yeah, right? What horrible show is this?
Well, it's filled with very obvious subtext, yes, especially in the realm of the sexual. "Prometheus" merely manages to be completely unsubtle about any of those matters...
Could this mean that "Memories, Friends and 8x10s" will finally be released on disc?
Oh, the original is one of my favorite films - don't misunderstand. You're right that it is more focused. "Prometheus" tried to be too many things, and the script was a MAJOR problem, but I still enjoyed it.
Meh. It's as equally shallow and empty as the original - the series has always been style over substance, and this one had style seeping out of every orifice.
Sadly, I got the impression from the Russian trailers that the film was missing an "I" and and "A" from within the title...
LOL Indeed.
Be glad you didn't have to watch it...
I took 'secrets' to mean the more technical aspects. Yes, Cinefex can spoil, but generally not by posting entire clips from scenes. In any event, it's obviously unimportant since nobody else seems concerned about the spoiler-y nature of the article and I actually don't care.
I care because there may be others who simply have yet to see the film, wish to, and may have something spoiled for them. There really should be no expiration date on posting spoilers without warning.
Being the total nerd that I am, my previous statement sounds bad, but...
Well, I'm glad I don't care about ever seeing The Avengers, because the video above would seem to have several spoilers...
Nor has Ms. J.K. Rowling been harmed, hence the above qualifier "by and large".
I present this hypothesis; by and large, if a work of genre fiction garners enough attention to become seriously mainstream, it will be despised and dismissed by those fans of that genre.
Another Prana Studios (India) disaster.
So, a few weeks ago, I was on a panel at SIGGRAPH and we ran clips from our work on numerous films and television shows (as did numerous other artists) and USTREAM carried the thing live and later for download.
