I've heard of Burrowing Owl ( they're tiny, like the Saw-Whet ) tagging efforts here in Florida that capture the owls in nets, then stick them in soup cans with both ends cut off to restrain them while banding them. Cutest thing ever, heads out the top, feets out the bottom.

I think that end-of-mud time and the first snow are only separated by a few weeks in VT. I kid...

The front of the RV has an HVAC system like a car for use while driving. The A/C on the roof works while the RV is plugged into a outlet ( common at many campgrounds ) or while running the generator. The generator runs on propane and can run about 30 hours or so on a full tank of propane ( 16.5 gallons ).

I've been RV'ing for about a decade, so I started in my 30's. Mostly, it came from a desire to not have to sleep in the rain in a tent, yet still visit some of the fantastic parks in the USA, which many of those larger coach chassis class A's will be unable to enter because of their size.

At least they look like they're mostly four strokes. Would have looked like a fog bank if they were two strokes.

I figure she borrowed Borat's swimsuit to wear under that dress.

Stylistically, that's cool. I hope it's sealed against rain so it keeps the tools dry.

We had a diesel 'Vette.

I bought my '95 GT in '97. I loved that car, daily drove it for 10 years, then often for a few more, selling it in 2010 with 180k on it with the original clutch. It NEVER left me stranded and other than a leaky A/C, needed very few repairs. The body cladding faded in the Florida sun.

So none of the bad GM cars happened before the Vega? Really? Even with the Chevrolet Series M "Copper Cooled" cars of 1923?

The build quality is a good sign.
