Not one of Green Lantern’s failings are because of Ryan Reynolds. You don’t get to connect the dots from him being excited to the movie failing.

For the sake of believing in stupidity over evil, I’m going to accept this explanation. They designed the toy to fit Captain America based on early descriptions of this action sequence, but things changed and the movie ended up being different. Then, when they realized it was wrong, it was too late/expensive to design

Figures of women and girls always sell out first because they only manufacture 5 of them. If they produced a reasonable amount, like the male versions, they wouldn’t be selling out of them.

The difference is that this movie has the backing of not only Marvel comics source material, but also the successful X-men movie franchise (which this is going to be a part of).

Eobard Thawne existed in a timeline before he went back in time and created the accelerator explosion that gave Barry his Speed Force powers. This Eobard Thawne is originally from a timeline where Barry didn’t get his powers until a little later and the original Wells didn’t finish the accelerator until later. He

In my mind, what happened was that he saw Barry coming, and mind controlled him as he arrived, causing Barry to slow down.

She barely survived the fight and wasn’t dropping opponents like the other fighters were. It might have been unrealistic that she would even survive, but I don’t have a problem with how they handled it.

It’s not just an “arab sounding” name, it is Arabic. Ra’s al Ghul literally means “the Demon’s Head”.

Technically, Merlyn saved her from being killed.

she was always “speedy” :)

They’ve tied the Alpha/Omega subplot back into the main plot in the present. It always happens, they just waited until the end of the season to make the connection clear.

its especially weird because in arabic, it apparently really is closer to “raz” than “raysh”

It’s a League tradition. That’s why Ollie has to do it.

I would love to see a season with Ollie as a benevolent leader of the League of Assassins. I’m hoping they figured out a way to make it happen. It could also be a source of conflict, as other people seek to destroy the League now that it’s “weakened”, and Ollie would have to fight against good people in order to

I like the idea of Ra’s as a civilized tyrant. I don’t mind him being so merciful, because it makes a degree of sense each time. He doesn’t need to kill everyone, and he certainly doesn’t even want to kill everyone. He would much rather have their help if he can.

You hit the nail on the head. “Tell him yourself” is the “badass” oneliner version, but what they went with spoke to their history. They still loved each other and had just made too many mistakes that they couldn’t get away from.

I could see that making sense, but it would be REALLY harsh to people who are watching one show but not the other. The crossovers are usually a lot more gentle, allowing people who aren’t watching the other to skip it if they don’t feel like watching it.

Smallville did Booster Gold. I can’t see Arrow doing it, but I’ll be stunned if he never shows up on Flash or the JSA-esque spin-off.

When I was watching this episode, as soon as ATOM showed up, I was like “I am watching Iron Man now, what happened to that gritty battle in the desert?” Even Ray’s tone was Iron Man esque. “You should see the other guy.” Yeah, funny, but does that really seem appropriate given the tone of this show or what was going

They’ve done some fun stuff with relationships involving Wells. Especially the stuff about them relying on him even when they knew he was the Reverse Flash. I also like what they’ve done with Iris. She was kind of lame at first, but she’s much more interesting lately. Character development is going to happen at least
