I can’t imagine they wouldn’t show Ahsoka’s own brush with Order 66 (Jedi or not, she’s still working with clone troopers), not to mention Rex’s viewpoint of the catastrophe.
She also hears Ahsoka Tano, a character who, as far as we know, never became an actual Jedi, and whose fate has yet to be revealed in a Star Wars story.
