It’s complicated.
It’s complicated.
If you have Marvel Unlimited you can read it there, but I think it’s also on Comixology. Not sure if Amazon has a physical copy or not, but it might.
Marvel’s already got “most” the rights to Namor back.
Eh, the concept of a fifth element isn’t new to sci-fi or fantasy though. Usually it’s something mystical, so Doom could still kinda fit. OTOH, even when they repeated the conditions in the X-men/F4 crossover those powers were duplicated with the X-men, so there’s a reason for those four specifically in the comics, so…
If Marvel gets the rights for F4 back I think they should do a F4 movie first with some minorish villain (mole man?) then one with Namor, and then the movie with Doom and then have Galactus as a major event with the New Avengers (which is where I think this is semi-going) and F4 teaming up.
Or, you know, just don’t give him an Origin story. It was awhile before they even mentioned his origins in the comics, and longer still before he got a fleshed out origin story.
The problem with Doom (in addition to what Rob said which I wholeheartedly agree with) is that they also try to portray his as the ultimate bad guy, when he isn’t really. He has shades of grey, where he wants what he thinks is best for the people but uses unsavory means to do so, and he has even been known to help out…
Love it. I only hope that someone, somewhere, in power realizes that the fans want him and they give him a second season somewhere. Thanks to Stephen Amell for advocating on behalf of your fans.
Alaska is my state as well. And most of these fires are near populated areas since the villages/towns are pretty spread out. Especially in the interior. There are hardly any that don’t touch on places were people live. And even the ones that don’t have other reasons to protect them, such as not spreading to populated…
1. There are people living where these fires are. I have friends and family who were evacuated from their homes to be brought to the cities as refugees because of these fires. They have ravaged homes and whole towns/villages.
Ewoks will always be cute to me. Also:
Wow, I love io9, and that the writers are willing to admit that something on a superlist isn’t the best answer based on feedback is pretty impressive. You all rock.
They wouldn’t even need different time periods to have their own X-MCU if they wanted. There’s so many X-Men they could have concurrent stories about either stand alone characters or different teams and then have the convergence ones (like the MCU Avengers).
Awe, c’mon. That scene was hilarious, or at least I remember it that way.
Holy crap that’s horrible, and totally kills me. So you’re right, Fuck this Movie.
Is this confirmed as true or just a rumor? I’m hoping the latter, but based on other reviews I’m not sure what I expect anymore.
There are different versions but all real covers, I’m thinking marketing to different countries/regions.
However, I have a weird feeling in my gut that Deadpool is going to be a big, big hit for Fox—mainly because as an R-rated superhero comedy, it’s going to be unique enough that people who are burned out on comic movies will give it a try—and the executives will decide that Fantastic Four needs the exact same…
No, the ones Rob listed are also on Amazon US, so they’re real too. I don’t know why they’d do all that though.
I posted above that they have 4 different ones, the ones Rob listed, the one you list, then a variation of the first of Rob’s that includes Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Fury. I posted that that is worse because they had one with her in it and then edited her out.
