Let's also remember that POC, people of color, are not all just 'black'. Some people are conflating those two terms, when really a person of color is more accurately described as just non-white.
Good point, and I think we should all be more open to these possibilities. I personally have a dream (far off as it may be) of starting a black-owned development house and cranking out at least two or three solid game IPs that I've been noodling on for a few years.
