This article is a bit bizarre. “Fans are theorising”, the game straight up lays bare that these two games take place in the same universe and are connected in multiple ways. It would be a theory if “some fans were theorising how Control and Alan Wake weren’t as connected as the game would have you believe”. But as far

Control is an awesome game and everyone should go buy it right now. GOTY contender for me, definitely, though it faces some stiff competition the rest of this year.

Having played the game its hard to say they’re NOT connected. There are direct, non easter egg connections, it literally spells out that they take place in the same universe. The documents detailing all this are often in plain sight, not hidden in secret rooms etc like you’d expect something that was purely an easter

I never knew there was a way to Draw more spells in one go, thank you! Then again I haven’t done a full playthrough since 2000..

In the late 1990s a GameStop employee humiliated me about Final Fantasy VIII.

Always the case, but this is peak Remedy, and worth the full buy-in.

Roland does come across what, if I recall correctly, he describes as an “emotional vampire”.

I’d love to see the Xenosaga series get remastered, or even just re-released. I remember enjoying the first one a lot. Reviews at the time suggested to me that I wasn’t missing anything by skipping 2, but sadly I never managed to acquire and play 3.

That’s exactly why I love horror movies! It’s a safe way to experience negative emotions.

Where is West of Loathing??? $11 bucks for a great western-flavored RPG with a ton of things to explore and do. It is also one of the funniest games I have ever played.

Counter argument: this was hilarious especially since it led to a lot of hilarious black twitter memes and the like. If you did additional research you would realize that Boston Market came off the top rope to sucker punch Chick Fil-a over their mac and cheese, and that Bojangles self owned themselves with a pic of

I feel like we’re getting incrementally closer to a New Crobuzon - based sandbox rpg. Ever closer. This work is holy.

Can’t we have our escapism to escape ?

No, Paul Rudd come back! It’s okay, we forgive you for The Curse of Michael Myers! In fact, there’s one scene you have in that movie that I really love: here it is.

I bought my Switch on launch day. Got the one with gray joy-cons. A few weeks after launch, I sent one joy-con in for the de-syncing issue. About a year after launch, those joy-cons got replaced due to drift.  The ones I replaced it with came new from the box with drift. I took them back, and got my third pair. Those

I liked the first, but I don’t think I ever had any problems playing in handheld mode, I’ve been playing the sequel a lot in handheld so I’m certain it works great in handheld. The sequel is 100x better though. It makes the first game feel like an alpha test. It’s a masterpiece of a game. And the npc’s you recruit

If your daughter likes Minecraft then I highly highly highly recomend Dragon Quest Builders 2. It is so good. It’s like Minecraft mixed with Dragon Quest mixed with Animal Crossing mixed with Stardew Valley/SOS/HM. It is co-op on the players island, but only online co-op, so you’ll need another Switch and another copy

In what dumpster universe is 90s reject Onslaught a AAA villain?

“red herrings”
