So, I thought I had collected all of Blackest Night, but I am totally blanking on the Rainbow Raider's appearance. Anyone know what issue(s) that took place in?

Kristoff actually is back and is a pretty major character in Fantastic Four/Future Foundation these days.

Yeah, I thought I had collected all the Blackest Night stuff, but I don't remember the Rainbow Raiders bit at all. Anyone know what issue this happened in?

I just looked them up as well... As near as I can figure, the song is about some sort of aliens using an illusory image of his ideal woman to lure him into an abduction trap. He figures it out and tries to escape, but by that time it's too late and he's caught in their tractor beam. He couldn't get away.

Happens to the best of us. They should put a warning label on the box.

I had to look him up, which just made realize I really need to see The Incredibles again. I love that movie.

Thank you! Good Lord I am sick of people completely misunderstanding the few things that were actually spelled out on that show. It could not have been made more clear.

Yeah. No one will ever be as evil as The Mad Bomber What Bombs at Midnight. They shouldn't even try.

Yeah, I too am not thrilled with Detective Comics at the moment. But Batman is top notch, and Batman & Robin is a pretty good read. But I am also really enjoying Morrison's run on Action Comics and Justice League (though I am a few issues behind in JLA.) I just can't wait for Batman, Inc. to come back...

Right! Warren Ellis scripted, correct? I'll have to check that out. Right now.

Anytime! I always enjoy delving into ridiculously arcane and/or obscure knowledge of fictional universes.

See my above reply to SaucyN.

The image above is from Justice League #2 I believe. From the New 52 relaunch. It was GL's first encounter with Superman, and as such he was being totally cocky and thought he could just wrap the dude up in some chains to tie him up. Supe's scoffed at him and shattered the chains, as pictured. So, I would say it's not

Yeah, I agree. I mean, I love a good open world game as much as the next guy, but not every game needs to be open world now. Superman would probably work better as a linear story. The Superman Returns game was open world, and it wasn't awful, but it wasn't particularly memorable either.

It's great. Aquaman, I mean. Definitely worth reading. I am, so far, really impressed with everything he has been doing in New 52.

Yeah. I agree. That sounds like the sort of Superman game we should be looking at. You'd have so many New Gods to choose from to be bosses or allies, and Supes could get knocked around like nobodies business without even mention of the K word.

If they set it in the New 52 Universe, that's not really as big of an issue. Set it during Morrison's Action Comics run. Superman is just a kid, his powers aren't godlike yet, he gets hurt pretty frequently.

Yeah. Turd is definitely an actual word. Not a pleasant one, but it is one. Eskimo is racist, and punked is made up by Ashton Kutcher.

I am pretty sure Destro is in the film... it's just not Chris Eccleston this time around. Not sure about the Baroness, but that would just be wrong if she weren't in it.

Han Solo -was- a Stormtrooper. Stormtroopers aren't clones, they're just poorly trained militia basically. A far cry from the Clone armies of the prequels.
