Sorry for the un-P.C. answer for the first girl, but I think the real way to fix this problem is to lose weight. Start tracking what you eat (use an app like MyFitnessPal), eat a caloric deficit daily, and exercise more. Do exercises that build muscle, not just walking (or catching Pokemon), which will help burn more
