I sit at my desk at work for 8 hours a day but eat healthy foods (on a caloric deficit) and do CrossFit 4-5 times a week. I’m not sure how playing video games for 8 hours a day makes you unable to do that in the other 16 hours.

I just bought a 30 a few weeks ago (paid $20 more than the current price...). I’ve only used it twice, but have been pleased. Feels well made to me. I guess time will really tell.

That’s exactly what I wondered when I first saw it, and I feel like the pictures kind of support it.

I mean, why not meet with a nutritionist? I did last summer after I had started doing CrossFit 4-5 times a week and was already eating a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. I met with her once to just to run my strategy by her and get her thoughts/suggestions. I can’t say that she gave me any revolutionary…
Got to get them hemmed, bro. I’m 5'6" and take every single pair of pants in to get hemmed. I’ve just come accept that I’d rather pay the $16 and have pants that look good than to not.

I’ll admit, this was me until last year. And then in February, I found a Groupon for CrossFit, started doing it in March and haven’t looked back. I go 4-5 days a week and have lost 40 pounds (though I attribute most of that to eating less food). It’s changed my life.
Well, stories of injury are overblown. Studies have shown it to be no more injurous than pretty much any other decent workout plan. And based on the number of runners I know who have injured themselves (about 90%, probably), I’d say it’s much safer than that.
Man, I can’t believe that was 2012...

If you’re a college student and “traumatized” because the candidate you didn’t like won an election, you need to get a better grasp on how to handle the real world. You will not be coddled once you graduate (unless you go into higher education, in which case you can continue to perpetuate this garbage).
Wrong! I used them ONCE.
