Could be but honestly you would be surprised how easy it is to miss stuff in production. Its allot more chaotic than you would think. And to be honest, I would have never made that connection with the plate. Bit of a stretch if you ask me, IMHO.

I agree. Allot of these phrases that corporate management uses to cover up a deficiency of their vocabulary. These terms spread like wildfire until meetings are mostly just sayings like this. “Line of sight” “Low hanging fruit.” You start to go mad hearing these terms on conference calls. Then you realize this is why
