Lotus Elise, me and my cousin both 6'3" got a chance to drive one. We got in fine but getting out was a different story. Long story short, i was rolling around on the ground before i could stand up.

Was going to say the same thing. Was i was 16 i wanted one so bad but my problem was that i am 6'3" so i had no chance at fitting inside comfortably.

Does anyone know what type of wheels he had?

TireRack Street Survival for teens, i did this three times 16,17 and 18. It taught me about how to handle to my car and where its limits are in a very controlled environment. Great learning experience, now i participate in local Auto-X events.
