HD has had two abysmally bad attempts at a second brand. I'm not sure about the new CEO, but the one that killed Buell said he doesn't understand why anyone would want anything other than a cruiser, so yea, not the best environment for sport bikes to exist in.

You’re 100% right, but I don’t think anyone is making the argument that deadly force was justified. All they’re saying is that the guy in the Nissan appears to have been driving like an asshole as well. In other words, he’s part of the problem, not the solution. Obviously, it does not follow that this gives sanction…

You mean like the SAE Standard that almost all manufacturers use? SAE is developing a combo standard for higher voltage charging as well.
