Because in the 2017 Dodge Warranty Information manual (which also covers SRT models), ALL damages caused in a race are excluded.

Because as soon as you bring it to the track, the warranty is void.
By forcing the buyer to purchase and install a roll cage, FCA will know that the buyer had the intention to race the vehicle.
Therefore voiding the warranty.
