A lot of commercial marinas already offer “shore power” for boats that berth there long term, particularly for cabin boats. This is to allow them to power their onboard systems without running the engine(s). Expanding that to allow dockside level 2 charging wouldn’t be too hard. Level 3 charging is another matter.
