There’s no link between Ben Sulayem and the Saudi bid. The issue is that Ben Sulayem talked publicly about a potential takeover and in doing so, effectively said F1 wasn’t worth 20 billion. Whether that was the actual bid or not, he should never have commented on that. As the FIA president, he’s not a formal party in

OK. So he took a copy of the home game and scurried back to Paris.

Now we have a firm grasp of the obvious. Glad that all these new regulations are already being rolled out.

S 3 X Y Cybertruck.

It’s almost like Elon Musk is a dumbass with the intellectual depth of a 9 year old

A 9-year old?  Heck, even a newborn is more smarter than Elon.

Made Marty’s “let’s see if you bastards can do 90" line all the funnier. You got someone else out here who’s going to test them??

Thank you for actual technical talk instead of Elon bad or Elon good.

Stainless steel: all of the weight of regular steel, with the unforgiving stiffness of aluminum.

Maybe it will be powered by a 130hp motor to really get that DMC feel.

It boggles my mind that people still believe this thing will get approved by the DOT and manufactured in any meaningful way. Why anyone would support meme lord douchbag Elon is beyond me.

Stainless Steel only worked on the DMC-12 because the panels were not structural in any way. The doors were stronger for collisions but every panel bolted onto the fiberglass body tub.

another fun thing with stainless is that stuff keeps a razor sharp edge and you have to grind it down. Delorean inner door skins are

It’s almost like Elon Musk is a dumbass with the intellectual depth of a 9 year old and only knows about stainless steel because it’s what the DeLorean from Back To the Future was made out of and it would be le epic bacon if his meme truck was made out of the same thing.

Very true and unfortunately, manufacturers are focusing on expensive station wagon when regular, affordable wagons can be so much fun. A VW sportswagon is a very good example (I mean now we are getting a Taos instead...) or a Focus station wagon in Europe. Yes I get it, no Americans want to buy them and manufacturers

Yeah, it’s quite expensive.  This and the AMG wagon look like so much fun and then you see the price tag.  If they only offered the RS3 with a hatch, it would be  like a mini version of this thing for half the price.

We can pool our funds so we only have $122,895 to go. Or if we opt for the model they drove, just $154,080 to go...

Jesus, that car is gorgeous.

*Sighs in American*

A most excellent use of sarcasm and visual aides! You too get double stars.

What do most of these have in common? They have CVT transmissions which IMHO sucks all of the joy out of driving. The Nissans in particular because their CVTs tend to self destruct at around the 50k mark
