I disagree. Maybe they should have offered a manual option, but completely eschewing an electric roof on a non track-oriented 911 would've been ridiculous. The 2000 or so people who would actually buy this car new wouldn't touch it if the roof was manually operated, no matter what their age.

When those workers find themselves out of a job, it won't be because they voted union. It will be because they voted against their own fucking interests.

That is one of the most simplistic and, I'm sorry, simple-minded explanations of a complex decision-making process. The GOP clearly should not have interfered or threatened a business enterprise on ideological grounds as they did and, for better or worse, the rejection of a union VW wanted has made the decision (and

It's like he was told to do so...

Fact is, a qualified sales professional is the one helping the customer decide and a 3rd party is not necessary. I don't want to

I sell cars. Your job is to get in between the dealership and the customer and take money away from both parties.

I have found that the folks at high-end dealerships tend to display the above behavior more often than more mainstream dealers. That being said I have encountered plenty of great Honda salespeople and totally clueless Audi staff.
