What I see here is the PERFECT place to attach two turbos...

Imma let you finish but one would expect that Business Insider, who wrote:

BUT THEY MAKE MORE THAN THOSE TWO THINGS.

If losing a rotary is inevitable, an Inline 6 is at least an acceptable consolation. I’m not a big rotary nerd, I just think they sound cool and I appreciate things that are different. But I also recognize it might just be a concept that will never pan out to the extent that piston engines have.

Probably because BW makes far more than turbos and transmissions, those being just two examples of what they design and manufacture. You would know this if you finished reading the rest of the sentence that you quoted, which includes the phrase “among other products” directly after your quoted segment ends...

I mean, I didn’t think “Bozo” was a particularly harsh burn, and wasn’t intending to offend. But next time maybe do a bit more research before you throw out an assertion that the owner is trying to unload a hand grenade.

This isn’t an S4. Different engine, different guides, bozo.

I mean, I kept up with traffic in my 170hp A4 juuuust fine on US highways. If it was more like 120hp your comment might have merit, but 180hp is more than adequate for a small hatchback/sedan. Let be honest with ourselves.

No anymore. My 2017 Q7 tabs will cost $620 this year. My 2008 A4 cost $210 this year.

I also got my Permit on my 15th birthday and my license the day of my birthday. First car was my dad’s old Saab. I just remember absolutely BLASTING 2Pac “All Eyez on Me” the whole way to school and I felt like I was the king of the world despite being basically the youngest in my class and thus one of the last to get

I can only hope my 4 1/2 year old daughter will be this awesome when she’s driving age. You, sir, have definitely done something right!

“Lots of local dimming zones. These are all qualities in a television that seemed extraordinary just a few years ago, and now they’re standard.”

lolwut? The TT concept debuted in 1995 and was in series production starting in 98. I would ask who copied who, but I honestly don’t think they look all that similar...

Ok boomer?

40mpg is pretty abysmal for a 2-seater with like 20hp. Its about 33% better than my A4 Avant, which has much more power, like 4-5x more interior space, and room for actual people who might want to drive a “people’s car”.

But Smart cars while technically affordable aren’t actually a good value when you compare them to other economy cars of the day. Nor are they particularly practical (a large part of the Beetle ethos), and I’m not really sure about their eco-friendly-ness, but they don’t really strike me as that either.

One thing does not a trend make.

You’re very efficiently proving his point. Congratulations!
