I think you meant coupe.
I think you meant coupe.
To be pedantic, the RS4s had the 0A3 gearbox.
True story time: When I was looking for my current car, a particular A4 Avant kept popping up in my results when I would remove the transmission requirement and out of curiosity I finally clicked it because the pictures make it look like it was in amazing shape. I read the description and lamented that it was an…
Mercedes had that 15 years ago.
That’s a garbage argument.
Exactly this. I love this show because its actually interesting. Its not some shitty-punchline riddled sitcom on USA, its just a couple of friends chatting about random shit, making some funny jokes/quips/observations, and puttering around in a really cool vintage car that is very much curated byt Seinfeld to suit the…
“Compared to handling that NOBODY in the family car market will ever use”
Agreed. The only thing my wife’s Q5 does better than my A4 Avant is ingress angles for getting my 3 year old into her carseat and has a backseat that is actually comfortable for adults. And I suppose while sitting higher up gives you a better view of the road, I really don’t find that a big deal and I still prefer…
Define “people”.
I don’t know, man. My wife’s Q5 corners really freaking flat for a midsize crossover-y thing. It takes corners like a relative champ. Its all in the suspension tuning. My inlaw’s forester feels like its going to flip over on every corner and its actually smaller.
Audi is really bad at that. Its maddening.
Frankly, thats an absurd thing to say to justify it, but okay.
You sure thats not the bile in your stomach foaming up in preparation for it to be expelled?
Exactly this.
While a small part of me applauds Tesla for this, the majority of me can’t help but wonder what the underlying issue was and why their calibration engineers managed to not find it and fix it before, you know, selling the car to the general public. You don’t fuck around with brakes...
The “kickup” vector isn’t backwards, its actually in the direction of travel of the vehicle that kicks it up. So you don’t add the speeds you likely subtract. Worst case it kicks up vertically so the gun has no horizontal speed.
“Sticks to cars”
This. I feel like 75% of the people on here defending taxi companies have never been in a NYC cab pre-Uber/Lyft. Rides were ALWAYS some next level bullshit.
How is a person taking his own life because a government regulated monopoly cannot stay relevant in the 21st century economy supposed to be Ride-share companies problem?
Ok fine. They probably just have their lawyers send strongly worded defamation threats, then return to their yachts on Lake Como, and roll around in beds made of money.
