Don’t change the goalposts. You’re making a semantic argument about the phrasing. The ACA is literally the name of the bill. Obamacare is a nickname Republicans gave the legislation to to demonize it by tying it to Obama himself.

Do you also correct people who refer to the Affordable Care Act as Obamacare?

Are they? Have you read the filing? I haven’t but I would imagine that Tesla wouldn’t file suit like this without some actual, you know, evidence. They’re not morons.

But but but...I AM better than those bozos at driving! I swear!

It kinda is, haha.

Stealing talent is one thing, stealing proprietary information is another. The idea is that the person being poached has enough moral scruples to NOT disclose any of the information they *know* that would be a trade secret of their previous employer.

I find the irony of Trump advocating for safe spaces....well...depressing.

Ugh, so many E28s!

I wasn’t aware Trump even had policies with which to agree with him on...

“Better” is subjective. I have zero doubts its superior from a technical standpoint, but I’m not sure if I would ever buy a 911 of any variety without a 6MT if I had a choice. I’m sure the lightning quick PDK shifts are fun, but to me its all about feeling mechanically engaged with the car. Automatics will never

Amen. I agree with you on all points. My family is in the same way. In fact the company I work for stands to benefit from govt deregulation, so in theory I stand to benefit financially from smaller govt. Having said that I also boggles my mind that the unwashed, uneducated masses simply cannot wrap their heads around

Yea my assumption from this article was liability only. Perfectly fine for a beater crapcan. Insanely idiotic for a nice car, much less a relatively new and somewhat rare Aston.

“She should have just taken the max payout from her insurance”

Thats a hell of a bargain. One you just accept and ask zero questions.

Actually, I do...

not necessarily true. My wife is basically the 2- or 3-row SUV demographic and she really really likes the restrained and simple interior (and exterior) styling of her q5. Her first comment on this was that it looked like a Range Rover. I saw Jeep. Nevertheless if this is comparable in size to the Q7 then we’re surely

Yes, because there is no middle ground. Simply because I support a progressive tax, I clearly am just jealous of other things and want to inflict fiduciary harm on them!

Oh absolutely. Having just driven to Montana and back in it, the higher position and visibility definitely is a plus. But I just prefer smaller cars I guess.

As an owner of a current gen Q5 (if the wife’s car) I cannot argue a single point. Except its taller and has a much higher up driving position which she really likes. And frankly the ride is 1000x better than my B7 A4. And also the height makes it MUCH easier to load our 18 month old into the car seat. And GOOD LORD

This is why Logo Design is harder than everyone realizes.
