I've been really disappointed with my Skype voice quality at home. It's been consistently horrible. The UI is really bad, too. I do sustain an externally reachable phone number account for $3 a month for occasionally convenient uses when I don't want to give out my cell phone number which is my only other phone.

That is fully ugly and useless.
