I don’t see much difference between this and George Zimmerman.
If the kids had been shot, he definitely would have played the self defense card. And it’s Florida, so a conviction would be unlikely. So...legal or not...the dude wouldn’t have been convicted. And there’s almost no chance of him facing charges.
So... we’re just gonna believe that the whose first reaction upon waking up is to grab his gun and head in to the street didn’t pull his gun on these kids before they tried to run him over. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t pass the smell test.
